How much does it cost to build a house in Bengaluru with In House?
Our packages start at ₹1,879 per sq.ft (Rachana) and go up to ₹2,399 per sq.ft (Param Alankara). Prices include construction and essential interior elements. Your final quote depends on plot size, design and customisation.
What is included in the package price?
Each package covers the core structure, finishes (flooring, fittings and paint), kitchen and storage, and doors, windows and electricals at the specification level of that package. See the Packages page for a side-by-side comparison.
Can I customise a package?
Yes. Packages can be customised based on your space, requirements and budget. You can upgrade specific items without moving to a higher package.
Do you do interiors only, without construction?
Yes. We take up standalone interior projects — modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, lighting and complete home interiors.
Do you handle renovations of existing homes?
Yes. We take up renovation and remodelling of existing homes, from single rooms to full upgrades.
